⏳ Standard Fleet Rental Rate: $350.00 per week + mandatory local taxes

Mandatory Renter Qualifications & Insurance Requirements
To activate your vehicle lease and take physical possession of a GoFlex hybrid, all renters must satisfy our mandatory background and insurance screening. Your record verification will be securely processed during our online checkout.
🪪 Driver's License & Age Verification: You must hold a valid, unexpired United States Driver's License. The primary name on your submitted paperwork must exactly match your legal identity.
📋 Mandatory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check: All drivers must pass a standard driving record screening. Your application will be automatically declined if your record shows any major infractions within the last 3 years, including reckless driving, DUIs, driving on a suspended license, or more than two at-fault accidents/moving violations.
📦 Commercial / Gig Endorsement Required: Because standard personal auto policies explicitly exclude driving for profit, your personal or commercial insurance policy must explicitly cover commercial gig courier or rideshare use. Policies with active gig/delivery exclusions will be automatically declined.
👤 Identity Verification: The primary name listed on your active insurance policy document must exactly match your valid Driver's License.
🛡️ Fleet Asset Protection: Your policy’s comprehensive and collision coverage limits must meet or exceed the actual cash value of your assigned fleet vehicle to satisfy your lease terms.
Massive 1,000-Mile Weekly Cap Included
To continue providing the most affordable, fuel-efficient fleet in Northern Virginia, we offer a high-volume structured mileage layout built entirely for full-time courier earnings:
🛣️ 1,000 Included Miles are automatically built into your standard weekly base rental rate. This expansive threshold gives you complete freedom to run back-to-back delivery blocks without constantly staring at your odometer.
📈 Flexible Excess Coverage: If a busy peak week pushes you over your baseline, you are completely covered. Additional miles are automatically calculated and billed at a flat, low rate of $0.25 per mile on your weekly renewal invoice.
📍 Authorized Territory Limits: To protect our fleet assets and stay close to our maintenance networks, GoFlex vehicles are restricted to local commercial operations within the following authorized Northern Virginia zones:
Virginia (Counties & Independent Cities): Alexandria City, Arlington County, Fairfax City, Fairfax County, Falls Church City, Fredericksburg City, Loudoun County, Manassas City, Manassas Park City, Prince William County, and Stafford County.
Note: Traveling outside of these designated zones without explicit, prior written management authorization will result in an immediate violation of your rental terms and may trigger vehicle repossession.
Fleet Protection Built into Every Lease
At GoFlex, we invest heavily in our vehicles so they never let you down on a delivery shift. We handle 100% of routine maintenance costs—including oil changes, tire rotations, brake pads, and fluid top-offs. In return, we expect our drivers to partner with us in asset care:
💳 The Security Deposit: A refundable $500.00 security deposit is required at checkout to ensure on-time, clean vehicle returns and protect against unpaid tolls or structural neglect.
🛢️Onboard Fluid Access: For your absolute convenience, authorized top-off fluids (5W-30 motor oil, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid) are kept organized right in the rear hatch area beneath the trunk floorboard panel.
🔍 Daily Inspection & 500-Mile Check: Renter agrees to execute a rapid daily walk-around visual check, monitor dashboard cluster indicators, and check engine oil levels manually via the dipstick loop every 500 miles driven.
⚠️ Emergency Grounding Rule: If a vehicle exhibits a warning light (such as a Check Engine light or a Hybrid Master Red Triangle), you must safely ground the vehicle immediately and contact GoFlex dispatch. Driving through an active mechanical error light will result in structural deposit forfeiture.
⚙️ Long-Term 5,000-Mile Intervals: For long-term rentals, you agree to coordinate with us every 5,000 miles to service the vehicle via our flexible options: a base return check, a visit to our pre-approved Northern Virginia mechanic shop, or an on-site service via our authorized mobile mechanic network.
