Travel outside the approved operating area requires prior written authorization from GoFlex LLC. All rentals are subject to eligibility, insurance requirements, and the signed rental agreement.

Renter Qualifications & Insurance Requirements

At GoFlex LLC, we make renting an affordable, fuel-efficient vehicle straightforward. Whether you need transportation for personal use, local business, or gig delivery, all renters must meet our eligibility and insurance requirements before vehicle pickup.
🪪 Driver's License & Eligibility
Hold a valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license.
Complete identity and driving record verification.
Pass our Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
Have no disqualifying major driving violations within the previous three years, including DUI, reckless driving, or driving on a suspended license, subject to GoFlex's eligibility standards.
No credit check required.
🛡️ Bring Your Own Insurance (BYOI)
GoFlex requires all renters to provide their own qualifying automobile insurance before taking possession of a rental vehicle.
Your insurance must meet or exceed the following requirements VA State Minimum Insurance Coverage Requirements:
Liability Coverage
Minimum $50,000 bodily injury per person.
Minimum $100,000 bodily injury per accident.
Minimum $25,000 property damage per accident.
Higher limits or additional coverage where required by applicable law.
Vehicle Damage Protection
Comprehensive coverage applicable to the rented vehicle.
Collision coverage applicable to the rented vehicle.
Coverage sufficient to protect the rental vehicle against covered physical damage, subject to approved deductibles and policy conditions.
Rental Vehicle Coverage
Your insurance provider must confirm that your policy covers a vehicle rented from GoFlex LLC, including your intended use of the vehicle.
🚗 Gig Delivery Drivers
Planning to drive for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Spark, Instacart, or another delivery platform?
Your insurance must expressly permit the intended delivery activities and cover the GoFlex rental vehicle.
A standard personal automobile insurance policy or delivery endorsement may not provide sufficient coverage. Confirmation from your insurance provider is required.
🔒 Secure Insurance Verification
GoFlex uses Fleetwire to verify renter eligibility and insurance information.
All required insurance coverage must be confirmed and approved before rental authorization and remain active throughout the rental period.
Important: GoFlex does not provide automobile insurance coverage during active rentals. Renters are responsible for obtaining and maintaining qualifying coverage.

At GoFlex, we understand that a dependable vehicle is essential to your delivery shifts, daily commute, and business operations. That's why we invest in preventive maintenance to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to work.
GoFlex covers 100% of scheduled routine maintenance costs, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacement when needed, routine fluid top-offs, and scheduled vehicle inspections. There are no additional charges to renters for these approved services.
Flexible Maintenance Options for Long-Term Renters
For long-term rentals, we ask our drivers to partner with us in keeping their vehicles properly maintained.
⚙️ Scheduled 5,000-Mile Service Intervals: Renters agree to coordinate with GoFlex approximately every 5,000 miles for a scheduled maintenance inspection or service appointment.
To minimize interruptions to your workday, we offer flexible maintenance arrangements, subject to scheduling and availability:
GoFlex Service Hub: Bring the vehicle to our designated location for a scheduled inspection or maintenance appointment.
Approved Local Mechanic: Visit a GoFlex-authorized automotive repair facility in Northern Virginia.
Mobile Mechanic Service: When available, arrange for an authorized mobile mechanic to service the vehicle at an approved location.
Your Responsibility as a Renter
Renters are expected to promptly report dashboard warning lights, unusual noises, leaks, tire concerns, or other mechanical issues and cooperate with scheduled maintenance appointments.
Our goal is simple: Keep your GoFlex rental running reliably while minimizing downtime and unexpected expenses.
All maintenance services must be scheduled or approved by GoFlex LLC. Service options depend on location, availability, and the type of maintenance required. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs is not considered routine maintenance and may result in additional charges under the rental agreement.
